経歴
Shozo is an artist born in Japan and still living in Nagoya, Japan.
At the core of his work is the use of traditional Japanese painting techniques and digital technology to bring out the modern expression latent in classic art styles.
Shozo learned the classic Japanese art style while working as a reproducer of rare cultural properties. He found ancient techniques such as Japanese painting, mineral powders, washi paper, and glue fascinating and saw elements in their expression that were connected to contemporary art. He is comfortable with the idea of simultaneously promoting digital art and classical art, such as NFT. He is also fascinated by the expressive power of digital art that is being developed all over the world. He is simultaneously presenting Japanese paintings that incorporate the expressive power of digital art and digital art such as NFT that incorporates the unique expression of Japanese painting, and releasing them as an art collection.

省三は、貴重文化財の複製制作に携わる中で、日本の古典的な美術様式を学んだ。日本画、鉱物の粉、和紙、糊といった古来の技法に魅力を感じ、その表現に現代アートにつながる要素を見出した。NFTのようなデジタルアートと古典アートを同時に普及させる考え方に違和感をもたない。また、世界中で展開されているデジタルアートの表現力にも魅了されている。デジタルアートの表現力を取り入れた日本画と、日本画独自の表現を取り入れたNFTなどのデジタルアートを同時に発表し、アートコレクションとして発表している。
